| SLS's educational system is a benchmark for international schools. Knowing the high academic standards maintained by SLS and the school’s active participation in projects with the UK schools, the British Council has been sending teachers from the UK for the past six years on reciprocal visits to exchange views & ideas on education as well as to study the teaching methodology followed by the school and to learn about its academic systems. |

| Outstanding Academic Performance |
| SLS’s academic performance can be gauged by its latest SSC result of 2010 in which 119 students scored A1, that is, A+ category, and 75 scored A out of a total of 240 students. SLS also boasts of its students receiving a Gold Medal and Bronze Medal in the Rawalpindi Matric Board Result. |

| The School Organization |
The school programme consists of:-
1. A Montessori Section for students aged 2 ½ years to 6 years.
2. A Primary School Section for students aged 6 to 10 years attending classes I to V.
3. A Middle School Section for classes VI to VIII.
4. A High School Section consisting of Classes IX- X.
All classes are taught as independent units. Students have class teachers for basic subjects i.e. Language, Mathematics, Islamiyat, Science, Social Studies and go to specialist teachers for Music, Computer, Physical Education and Arts & Craft. |

| Most campuses of SLS have well stock libraries, elaborate science labs, computer and video rooms, montessori EPL activity rooms, art and craft rooms and tuck shops. Each section has a Principal, Head Teacher, Academic Coordinators, Class Teachers, Specialist Teachers, Teacher Assistants and school nurses. All teaching staff is highly motivated and qualified with montessori training, M.A / M.S.C, B.Ed and professional experience. The over all supervision is maintained by the board of directors and administrators.
The strength of any educational institution lies in the competence and capabilities of its teaching staff.
